Our development service includes commercial and multi-family housing properties. We offer build-to-suit and speculative single and multi-tenant building options. As your development partner, we work with you every step of the way to find, acquire, assess, entitle, design and ultimately construct a building that delivers to your specifications.
As part of our build-to-suit program, we buy the land, build your specific prototype, and then lease the property to you. This includes single-tenant buildings and pre-leased or speculative multi-tenant buildings.

Our management team is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint ventures in our investment portfolio. Our entrepreneurial nature facilitates structuring innovative and often complex transactions.
We provide direct property management services to all properties in our investment portfolio. Our team is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our portfolio. Our ‘hands-on’ approach and on-site supervision of our properties by our management team has created long-term tenant relationships through ongoing property enhancements and tenant focused services.
Our management team is actively involved in new tenant build-outs. We provide a comprehensive approach to the planning, design and execution of interior renovations and improvements to ready spaces for tenant occupancy. We also provide construction management over our ground up construction. This includes hiring the engineers, architects, and securing the general contractor. Once the selection process is complete, we then work hand in hand with each of them to bring the project in on time and on budget. We also work with the lender to provide all documentation for funding the construction project.
